NOVEMBER - Members enjoyed an evening of
dominoes recently when 44 stalwarts turned out on a chilly
evening to engage in deadly combat at the Shenfield Parish Hall. Midway
through the evening players enjoyed a delicious supper provided by Annette. All
agreed that the food, a choice of three chicken dishes with rice, was superb.
Megan Justins emerged as the eventual winner in a close-fought contest, while
Ann Franey received a prize for managing to score more than anyone else. This,
however, as domino players will be aware is not the object of the game! (Report
