JULY - The annual pilgrimage to Southwold started on a somewhat chilly morning, however by the time the coach pulled into the car park of The Froize the sun had come out and the temperature was perfect. As usual members enjoyed a fine leisurely lunch after which the party made its way to Southwold. By now the skies were clear and the sun shone brightly as members strolled around Southwold before going to the theatre to see "Hobson's Choice". The play was very entertaining and captured the period perfectly. On the coach on the way home Annette had organised a snack ~ filled rolls, a drink and delicious cakes. All in all the day was perfect with everything going to plan. This was a tribute to Annette's careful attention to detail when organising the event. (Photos: Rosemary Morris)
